Combining the weather resistance of metal powder with the natural texture of wood grain, a realistic wood grain texture is presented through a transfer printing process. The texture is clear and has a strong sense of layering. It combines the durability of metal with the natural aesthetics of wood. The coating is scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, UV-resistant, and does not easily fade.
When used with Yatu Mingcai wood grain paper, it has a high degree of wood grain reproduction (≥95%), excellent simulation effect, can replace natural wood, and avoids the disadvantages of wood being easy to rot and deform; it has strong weather resistance and is not easy to crack, peel or fade during long-term outdoor use; it is environmentally friendly and formaldehyde-free, meets the needs of the high-end market, and enhances the added value of the product.
